According to the police report, the crash happened at Bruckner Boulevard and Longwood Avenue in the Bronx on Aug. 18. The BMW driver was traveling straight; the e-bike rider was also traveling straight. Police recorded unsafe speed and driver inattention for the BMW driver. A 38-year-old woman listed as a driver was injured, with a complaint of pain or nausea.
