   According to the police report, a 36-year-old driver in a sedan was making a right turn on Windsor Pl at Prospect Park W around 8 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2026, and hit a 27-year-old bicyclist who was going straight.    On the Prospect Expressway, an unlicensed SUV driver followed too closely and hit a stopped Subaru. A 26-year-old driver in a third SUV was hurt, his arm scraped in the evening crush.
   According to the police report, a 57-year-old unlicensed SUV driver traveling south on the Prospect Expressway followed too closely and hit a stopped Subaru SUV from behind. A third southbound SUV then hit the rear of the first SUV. The 26-year-old man driving that third vehicle sustained an arm abrasion.    A 46-year-old driver in a Jeep backed out from a parked spot on Prospect Park SW and hit a 29-year-old man riding a bike. The cyclist suffered a facial injury while traffic rolled past the park wall.
   According to the police report, a 46-year-old licensed driver in a 2018 Jeep sedan backed from a parked position on Prospect Park Southwest near 175 Prospect Park SW and hit a 29-year-old male bicyclist traveling straight north.
