According to the police report, both drivers were traveling straight when they collided. Police recorded driver inattention and distraction for both. A 45-year-old man pushing or working on a car at Seaview Avenue and Remsen Avenue in Brooklyn was hit and seriously injured Sunday evening. According to the police report, he was found unconscious with fractures to his hip and leg. A male driver was also reported unconscious, with a fractured lower leg. The crash occurred after dark and involved a Jeep and a parked Tesla sedan.
