   An unlicensed driver tore up the New England Thruway at unsafe speed and rolled the sedan. The driver and a front-seat passenger were ejected and hurt.
   According to the police report, a 32-year-old unlicensed driver went straight on the New England Thruway when police recorded unsafe speed and alcohol involvement. The sedan overturned. The driver was ejected and reported a head abrasion, and a 33-year-old front-seat passenger was ejected and reported neck pain and nausea.

   A driver changed lanes on the Bruckner Expressway by Pelham Parkway and hit another vehicle. Two 36-year-olds reported whiplash, including a woman in the right rear seat.
   According to the police report, the crash happened on the Bruckner Expressway near Pelham Parkway in the Bronx on Feb. 19 at 8:50 p.m. Police recorded unsafe lane changing.
