   A 65-year-old driver turned left on S End Avenue and hit a 21-year-old bicyclist near Albany Street. Another rider hurt, another lousy line in the ledger.
   According to the police report, a 65-year-old driver in a 2021 sedan was making a left turn on S End Avenue at Albany Street in Manhattan on May 20, 2026, at about 4:05 p.m., and hit a 21-year-old bicyclist. The bicyclist reported a shoulder and upper-arm abrasion and was listed as conscious. Police recorded pedestrian/bicyclist error/confusion and improper passing or lane use.

   On Fulton at Broadway, a driver turned left, failed to yield, and hit a 44-year-old man crossing with the signal. A bruise, from one more busted promise at the crosswalk.
   According to the police report, a driver in a 2022 Kia sedan was making a left turn at Fulton Street and Broadway in Manhattan and hit a 44-year-old pedestrian who was crossing with the signal. Police recorded failure to yield right-of-way by the driver. The pedestrian was conscious and reported a contusion to the knee, lower leg and foot.    According to the police report, a 37-year-old driver in a 2019 Honda was going straight on South Street near Dover Street around 4 p.m. on May 15, 2026, when the driver hit a 27-year-old bicyclist who was also going straight. Police recorded unsafe lane changing. The cyclist reported minor bleeding and an injury to the hip/upper leg.
