   A truck driver turned right from southbound 2nd Avenue onto East 57th Street around 6:14 a.m. and hit a 46-year-old woman riding a bike straight ahead. According to the police report, officers recorded improper lane usage by the driver. The cyclist was ejected and lost consciousness, with documented crush injuries to her lower leg. The truck was classified as an oversized vehicle.
