   Police said a 49-year-old driver in a Chrysler ran over a 53-year-old man who had fallen into the roadway at East 127th Street and Second Avenue.
   Police said the man was standing at East 127th Street and Second Avenue in East Harlem shortly before 10:37 p.m. when he fell into the roadway. While he was lying there, a 49-year-old driver in a 2009 Chrysler 300 ran over him. Medics took the man to Harlem Hospital, where he died. Police said the driver did not realize he had struck the man and left the scene, but officers later found him on East 78th Street near First Avenue. Investigators were still looking into what caused the man to fall, and police reported no arrests.

   A school-bus driver hit a 27-year-old woman near Lexington Avenue and E 125th Street. Police recorded driver inattention as she suffered severe lacerations to her lower leg.
