   A distracted motorcycle rider and a car driver hit each other on Osgood Ave at Targee St midday. A 15-year-old rider was ejected and hurt; an adult rider was also injured.
   According to the police report, a motorcycle rider traveling west on Osgood Avenue and a northbound sedan driver on Targee Street collided around noon Tuesday. Police recorded driver inattention and distraction. The 15-year-old motorcycle rider was ejected and suffered a hip and upper-leg injury. A 49-year-old motorcycle rider reported a lower-leg injury.    A 63-year-old driver hit a 41-year-old man crossing Victory Blvd at night, leaving him bleeding from the head. Evening arterial, same story: pedestrian on foot, driver in a car.
