   According to the police report, a 22-year-old licensed driver in an Audi SUV drove south on Forest Avenue near South Avenue on a Sunday afternoon and hit a 66-year-old man who was crossing outside an intersection.    According to the police report, a pickup-truck driver and a sedan driver were going straight on Gulf Avenue at Western Avenue in Staten Island when one driver hit the other vehicle.
